SPEKTRA SANITOL CONCENTRATE

SPEKTRA SANITOL concentrate is a colorless water-based biocidal preparation intended for the remediation of mold and algae on indoor and outdoor wall surfaces. It is suitable for plasters, concrete, fiber-cement and gypsum boards, as well as for surfaces painted with dispersion paints.

The preparation acts quickly and effectively, destroying mold in the substrate as well, not just on the surface. It is thinned with water in a 1:4 ratio (1 measure of concentrate + 4 measures of water). For heavy contamination, it can be used less diluted or undiluted. It is applied by brush or compressor. Minimal working temperature is +5 °C. The surface is dry after approximately 12 hours.

Theoretical consumption of the diluted product is 5–10 m2 per liter in two coats, depending on the degree of contamination, absorbency, and roughness of the substrate. After remediation and drying, surfaces can be painted with an appropriate dispersion paint, with the addition of SPEKTRA ANTI MOULD for long-term preventive protection.

A 1 l pack of concentrate yields a total of 5 l of diluted agent for wall surface treatment.
