Terms of Online Shopping

Welcome to Boje Online. By using our website and making purchases online, you confirm that you are familiar with and accept the following terms:

- Ordering and Registration
Purchases can be made as a registered user or without registration. After selecting products, you must complete the form with accurate delivery and contact information.

- Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Serbian dinars (RSD) including VAT. Payment can be made by credit/debit cards or via pro forma invoice.

- Delivery
We deliver within the territory of the Republic of Serbia, using electric vehicles whenever possible. Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on location and product availability.

- Complaints and Returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of damage or error on our part. Only products that were not custom-made for your order (e.g. tinted or specially imported items) can be returned.

- Data Protection
Your personal data is stored in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and is used solely for order fulfillment.
