Description:

SPEKTRA Facade Silicone is a silicone facade paint intended for long-term protection and decoration of exterior and interior wall surfaces. The combination of silicone emulsion and acrylic copolymer provides a durable protective layer resistant to weather influences and industrial atmospheres.

It can be applied to lime-cement, dispersion, silicate, and silicone plasters, as well as old dispersion, silicate, and silicone coatings. Before application, the surface must be clean, dry, and solid. Loose parts of the coating are removed down to a healthy substrate, and irregularities are repaired with materials of a similar composition to the substrate itself.

The coating is characterized by low water absorption (class W3) and high vapor permeability (class V1), allowing water vapor to pass through the wall while the surface remains protected from water penetration. This combination of properties contributes to long-lasting facade protection.

The paint is water-thinnable and easy to apply. It is applied by roller, brush, or spraying, and if necessary, it is thinned with water from 5% to 10%. The surface is dry and ready for the next coat after approximately 12 to 14 hours under normal conditions.

It can be tinted online before ordering according to the NCS and EXTERIOR charts.

For substrate preparation, SPEKTRA SILICONE IMPREGNATION is recommended, while SPEKTRA DEEP IMPREGNATION is used for surfaces with salt deposits.

A 2 L pack covers approximately 24 to 40 m2 of surface in a single coat, depending on the structure and absorbency of the substrate, application method, and working conditions.
