Description:

Tikkurila Biorid: Functional water-based coating designed for moisture elimination and maintaining a dry surface. Its mold protection is based on a physical process occurring within micro-pores. The coating temporarily stores water during condensation periods, and once the surface temperature rises above the dew point, the moisture evaporates into the atmosphere. This evaporation process is more efficient compared to a smooth surface due to the micro-pore matrix technology. Usage: Particularly suitable for new and previously painted surfaces in environments requiring protection against mold contamination, such as living spaces, bathrooms, basements, parking garages, food industry facilities, warehouses, and livestock farms. Application: Available in two versions for brush, roller, and spray application. Shade: White. Gloss level: Full matte. Consumption: Approximately 1.0–1.6 m²/l (or 750–1200 g/m²).
