SPEKTRA ACRYLIC IMPREGNATION

SPEKTRA acrylic impregnation is a primer for indoor and outdoor impregnation of lime and lime-cement surfaces, old chalky plasters and coatings, gypsum boards, and other porous substrates. It penetrates deeply into the substrate, uniformizes and reduces absorbency, strengthens loose and chalky old coatings, and improves the adhesion of new plasters and topcoats, thereby reducing their consumption.

It is applied by roller, brush, or spraying. It is thinned with water in a 1:3 ratio. The minimum working temperature is +5 °C. The substrate must be clean, free of loose layers, dust, and impurities. In the case of wet cleaning, the surface must be completely dry before application. Larger cracks and damages should be filled with an appropriate mineral leveling compound. Gypsum boards are impregnated before smoothing with internal leveling compounds.

It covers from 10 to 12 m2 per liter of diluted product in a single coat, depending on the absorbency and roughness of the substrate. Dry and ready for the next coat after 12 hours. It is colorless and water-thinnable. It is not tintable.

A 1 l pack, after thinning in a 1:3 ratio, yields a total of 4 l of diluted product and covers approximately 40 - 48 m2 of surface per single coat, depending on the structure and absorbency of the substrate.
