SPEKTRA MAGNETIC

SPEKTRA Magnetic is a special interior wall paint that allows for the creation of a magnetic surface on the wall. Thanks to the ferromagnetic pigments in its composition, magnets can adhere directly to the wall, making this paint suitable for creative and functional wall surfaces in apartments, offices, schools, kindergartens, and shops.

It is applied as a base coat on prepared wall surfaces such as mineral plasters, concrete, gypsum boards, or already painted walls. Before application, the substrate must be clean, dry, and solid, and if necessary, pre-impregnated with acrylic impregnation. The paint is applied with a microfiber roller, brush, or stainless steel trowel.

For a good magnetic effect, applying at least three coats is recommended. The coating is dry and ready for the next coat after approximately 4 to 6 hours at a temperature of around 20°C. The magnetic surface is dark gray (RAL 7024), but after drying, it can be overpainted with a final interior wall paint in the desired shade.

A 5 kg pack covers approximately 7.5 m2 of surface when applied in three coats, depending on the structure and absorbency of the substrate and the application method.
