SPEKTRA TERMO TOP

SPEKTRA Termo Top is an interior wall and ceiling paint that helps reduce heat loss through wall surfaces. Thanks to the addition of hollow glass beads, the coating has lower thermal conductivity compared to classic wall paints, keeping the walls warmer and reducing the possibility of condensation and mold.

This interior paint is suitable for mineral plasters, concrete, gypsum boards, glass fiber wallpapers, paper relief wallpapers, and old dispersion coatings. It is applied by roller, brush, or spraying, and if necessary, thinned with water up to 5%. The substrate must be clean, dry, and solid before application.

The coating has a matte finish and good coverage. The surface is dry and ready for the next coat after approximately 4 to 6 hours at a temperature of around 20°C. The paint has high vapor permeability and reflects more than 90% of incoming light, contributing to better room lighting.

It can be tinted online before ordering according to the NCS, INTERIOR COLOUR COLLECTION, and EXTERIOR COLOUR COLLECTION charts.

For the best thermal effect, it is recommended to use it in a system with SPEKTRA LEVEL TERMO, which is applied in two coats before the final coating. SPEKTRA ACRYLIC IMPREGNATION is used for substrate preparation, and for surfaces affected by mold, prior treatment with SPEKTRA SANITOL is recommended.

A 5 L pack covers approximately 40 to 50 m2 of surface in a single coat, depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate, application method, and working conditions. It is intended for the protection and decoration of interior walls and ceilings in spaces where better thermal comfort is required.
