TESSAROL ACRYLIC VARNISH GLOSS

TESSAROL ACRYLIC VARNISH gloss is a colorless acrylic topcoat intended for the protection and decoration of wooden indoor surfaces such as ceiling and wall paneling, solid wood, simple furniture, and other soft wood objects. It retains the natural look of wood and does not yellow. It is environmentally friendly, odorless, and suitable for children's toys in accordance with the specified standards.

It is applied with a synthetic fiber brush, microfiber or felt roller, or by spraying. It is thinned with water as needed, and for air spraying by 5 to 10%. The minimum working temperature is +8°C, with relative air humidity lower than 80%. Wood must be dry, with moisture up to 15% for conifers and 12% for deciduous wood. The surface should be sanded and cleaned, and NITRO thinner used to remove wax, resin, and grease residues. For new wood, the system specifies 1 coat as a primer and 1 to 2 topcoats, and for old coatings, 2 topcoats.

It covers from 8 to 10 m2 per liter in a single coat, depending on the type of wood and finish and the application method. Dust dry in about 1 hour, touch dry in 2 to 3 hours, and the intercoat interval is 6 to 8 hours. It is available in a colorless glossy variant. It is not tintable.

A 0.75 l pack covers approximately 6 - 7.5 m2 of surface per single coat, depending on the structure and absorbency of the substrate.
