TESSAROL ACRYLIC WOOD FILLER

TESSAROL acrylic wood putty is a putty based on a modified acrylic dispersion intended for repairing defects and damage on wooden surfaces, such as cracks, dents, and scratches. It is used in the wood protection system in indoor and outdoor spaces.

It is applied with a stainless steel putty knife or spatula, in a thickness of up to 1 mm. The substrate must be dry, sanded, and clean, and residues of wax, resin, and grease must be removed with NITRO thinner. Wood moisture in conifers must not exceed 15%, and 12% in deciduous wood. Minimum temperature of the putty, air, and substrate is +5°C.

Shades: white, spruce, beech, and oak. Gloss: matte. It is ready for use and does not require thinning. Drying at +20°C and 65% relative humidity takes about 2 hours until sanding and applying the next layer. Coverage is approximately 1 m2/kg for a layer thickness of 1 mm. Clean tools with water immediately after use. Do not allow to freeze. It is not tintable.
