TESSAROL DIRECT 3IN1

TESSAROL DIRECT 3in1 is a high-gloss metal paint that provides both primer and topcoat protection in a single product. It is intended for iron and steel surfaces such as structures, fences, windows, doors, metal fittings, and simple furniture, both indoors and outdoors. It can be applied directly without a primer, onto a dry and sanded surface cleaned of coarse rust. It provides excellent anti-corrosive protection, high film hardness, and good resistance to weathering and light.

It is applied by brush, roller, or spraying. It can be thinned with TESSAROL thinner up to a maximum of 15%. The minimum working temperature is +5 °C. Rust must be removed mechanically, and grease and impurities cleaned with TESSAROL NITRO thinner. For old coatings, undamaged layers should be cleaned and sanded, while damaged ones should be completely removed.

It covers 10 to 12 m2 per liter in a single coat, depending on the substrate, application method, and shade. It is dust dry in about 1 hour, touch dry in 4 to 5 hours, and the next coat is applied after 24 hours. The final appearance is glossy. A 0.2 l pack covers approximately 2 - 2.4 m2 of surface per single coat, depending on the structure and absorbency of the substrate. It is intended for minor repairs and small metal elements.

TESSAROL NITRO thinner is used for cleaning tools and degreasing the substrate, while TESSAROL (oil-based) thinner is used for thinning the paint up to a maximum of 15%.
