TESSAROL ENAMEL

TESSAROL enamel is a topcoat for high-quality protection and decoration of wood and metal surfaces, such as windows, doors, construction hardware, wood paneling, fences, structures, and simple furniture. It is intended for indoor and outdoor use and comes in gloss, satin, or matte finishes, depending on the variant.

It is applied by brush, roller, spraying, or airless process, with thinning as needed using TESSAROL thinner. The temperature of the paint, air, and substrate should be at least +5°C. At +20°C and 65% relative humidity, it is dust dry in about 5 hours, dry to touch in 6-8 hours, and the intercoat interval is 16 hours. In conditions of lower temperature and higher humidity, the drying time is extended.

In one coat, it covers 14-16 m2 per 1 l, and consumption depends on the finish and type of surface, application method, and chosen shade. Standard shades can be mixed with each other. Tools are cleaned with TESSAROL thinner.

A 2.5 l pack covers approximately 35 - 40 m2 of surface per single coat, depending on the structure and absorbency of the substrate, application method, and working conditions. It is intended for the protection and decoration of wood and metal surfaces in indoor and outdoor spaces.

As a primer for wood, TESSAROL wood primer is used (indoors), and for outdoors, one coat of BORI impregnation with biocide W is applied first. For iron and steel, TESSAROL metal primer is used. For galvanized steel sheet, copper, aluminum, and hard PVC, TESSAROL UNI primer is used.
