TESSAROL PRO HEAT PROTECT

TESSAROL PRO HEAT PROTECT is a special semi-matte coating resistant to high temperatures, intended for the protection of exhaust pipes and stove chimneys. The silver shade is based on hydrocarbon resin with aluminum pigment and provides temperature resistance up to 400 °C. It is intended for iron and steel surfaces in a system without a primer.

It is applied by brush, roller, or spraying. The silver shade is ready to use and does not require thinning. The minimum working temperature is +5 °C. Rust must be removed mechanically, and grease and impurities cleaned with TESSAROL NITRO thinner. For iron and steel, a system of 3x TESSAROL PRO HEAT PROTECT is recommended, and for renovating old coatings, 1–2x topcoat.

It covers from 10 to 12 m2 per liter in a single coat, depending on the application method. Dust dry in about 0.5 hours, and the next coat can be applied after 24 hours. For the best protection, the coating should air dry for at least 48 hours, followed by gradual heating of the object. It is available in a silver shade. It is not tintable.

A 0.75 l pack covers approximately 7.5 - 9 m2 of surface per single coat, depending on the structure and absorbency of the substrate.
