TESSAROL PRO PROTECT

TESSAROL PRO PROTECT is a topcoat for fast and high-quality protection and decoration of wood and metal surfaces, such as windows, doors, wood paneling, fences, structures, and simple furniture, in indoor and outdoor areas. It is available in gloss or satin variants, with stable gloss and shades that almost do not yellow.

It is applied by roller, brush, or spraying, and is thinned as needed with TESSAROL thinner. The temperature of the paint, air, and surface must be at least +5°C. Dust dry in about 3 hours, and the next coat can be applied after 6 hours at +20°C and 65% relative humidity. Tools are cleaned with TESSAROL thinner.

It covers about 14-16 m2 per 1 l in one coat, depending on the type and preparation of the substrate, application method, and shade. The coating has excellent elasticity and strength, is resistant to weather influences and household cleaning agents, and the expected protection is longer than 10 years according to the EN ISO12944-6:2018 standard, C3 medium.

A 0.75 l pack covers approximately 10.5 - 12 m2 of surface per single coat, depending on the structure and absorbency of the substrate, application method, and working conditions. It is intended for the protection and decoration of wood and metal surfaces in indoor and outdoor areas.

As a primer for wood indoors, TESSAROL wood primer is used. Outdoors, one coat of BORI impregnation with biocide W is followed by TESSAROL wood primer. For iron, steel, galvanized sheet, copper, aluminum, and hard PVC, TESSAROL UNI primer is used (1x indoors, 2x outdoors).
