STILBY Wall Molding – Model PLA 82

The STILBY PLA 82 wall molding is designed for decorative wall cladding and interior styling. The molding is made of XPS (extruded polystyrene with a closed-cell structure), which provides greater strength and moisture resistance compared to standard styrofoam.

Installation and Application

Thanks to its lightweight construction, the molding is easily installed using a dedicated styrofoam adhesive (caulk tube), eliminating the need for additional mechanical fasteners. Cutting can be done with a utility knife or a saw for precise angles; using a miter box significantly simplifies installation and ensures a tidy finish.

Finishing and Durability

The surface of the molding is suitable for painting with water-based paints, allowing for easy color matching with walls or other interior elements. Due to the moisture resistance of XPS, this molding is suitable for use in high-humidity rooms, maintaining its shape under standard conditions.
